Jul 15, 2019 · 2012 Town & Country Rear AC Line. Start of summer AC was not blowing cold air. Compressor was not coming on, either a blown fuse or freon leak. Checked fuse, everything OK. Took it to a mechanic and they stated it's the TIPM but all my research I couldn't find people with A/C issues which were caused by the TIPM. Also, I have absolutely no other electrical issues. They said they bypassed the TIPM and were able to get the compressor to engage.
