Jul 6, 2022 · Are CoD Black Ops 3 servers still up? As of August 31, 2021, Tencent has now revealed that the Call of Duty: Online servers will be permanently shut down. Is CoD Black Ops 3 offline? A: Yes you can play black ops 3 without the internet. Just can’t play PlayStation live or connect to the web. But you can play the game. Howdy. My xbox one hasn't been able to connect to black ops 3 servers. Im still able to play warzone and fortnite, stream Netflix and all that, but for some reason when I boot up bo3 it won't let me connect. When I attempt to click 'play online,' I get an Xbox loading menu which promptly disappears without anything changing.
