About a year ago I decided to get one of the new PitBosses instead of a Blackstone. The big difference is the ceramic-coated (non-stick surface). That means no seasoning, easier maintenance, etc. The entire cooktop surface has handles and is removable from the base, which is great for transporting on trips.About This Product.
