Comcast xfinity on demand not working
Ditto for me. CNN and ESPN. Although others work like FOX News. Text chat with xfinity said they were working through the issue and should be resolved 12 hours or something. I forget. That was 24 hours ago. Still working on it I guess.Our apologies for the confusion. Acorn TV is available for Comcast Connect members as an add-on subscription, accessed through the Xfinity app store. The billing for this service is independent of Acorn TV and handled through Comcast. All of the shows are the same, but please note that the add-on subscription does not sync with the Acorn TV ...I'm not happy about this either. Comcast removed on demand from all the older boxes and is forcing all customers to get their new X1 box. I tried it and hated it so returned it. The channel guide is awful, all you see is pictures everywhere, it's the worst. They are not concerned with their older customers at all.
