So, my issue is, Blaidd is stuck in Redmane castle for the festival but it won't start, now I didn't talk to ranni aside from when she gives you the wolf summons. But somehow the festival "started" and now blaidd is stuck in the castle and ranni won't spawn at ranni's rise in order for me to join her.I killed dariwil and not spoken to bladd, o found blaid at the festival.
