There are no overload champions so riskrunner really isn't applicable. Trinity ghoul is effective at any range, trinity ghoul doesn't require you take damage to activate it's exotic perk. Seems silly to run riskrunner, then you have to run double primary to deal with champs, which is definitely not the ideal loadout. riskrunner is a seriously fun and amazing exotic but it feels like its been left behind expecially with ikelos and centrifuse, its still very good escpecially with the arc damage resistance but centrifuse and ikelos do this but without needing arc damage, a perk like this added to its catalyst would make the gun more viable and waay more fun to use
