My E brake cable was broke too, but up under the dash. When I did mine there were two tough steps. 1st. The clips that holds the housing in as it passes through the floor. Use a small hose clamp or maybe a good tie wrap to compress the clips so you can pull the cable out of the floor. 2nd.86 posts · Joined 2010. #2 · Aug 25, 2016.
