I've changed the fuel lines, fuel pump, solenoid, and cleaned the carb during the past months with no lasting fix just look up the parts based upon the Kawasaki engine model#. .

I would start by checking the valve lash. Now adjust the idle speed until it's smooth. Why? The engine was originally an industrial engine.
