Did the manual open/close and tried it with the keyfob and the inside button also - same results - will not open but does unlatch. WHEN I USE KEY FOB TO OPEN ALL THE LOCKS, I HEAR A DOUBLE SOUND, BUT THE LIFTGATE STILL WON'T OPEN.
