Constant grayed out presets tab. Then Looks Menu mod will not be activated on next game session. I have scoured forums, and youtube. Updated, reloaded, manually installed, installed with Vortex, and did both. Removed any conflicting mods. LooksMenu is a mod that adds engine modifications to improve character creation in Fallout 4. It allows you to change facial features, body shape, skin, makeup, hair, overlays, and more with presets, sliders, and randomization options.1. have to start Steam before starting Fallout 4 with the f4se_loader.exe. or. 2. Start the game "twice": The first time to start Steam, in the game launcher choose "exit", then start again. Some people also seem to have trouble starting f4se_loader.exe from NMM. Yes. I think it's a matter of where you grab your character's head/face. I was trying it tonight with my new install, and it rally seems to be where you grab with the mouse and hold.
