I have done the following multiple times, in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.): - Clicked through the link on the Fidelity page to TurboTax. Didn't work. Still seeing $89 for Federal and $59 for State under the "My Fees" tab in the Tax Tools section. - Cleared all my cookies, and deleted all my browsing history for "All Time."Fidelity posted it early, programming 101, log into the site check for documents if not tell the customer try again. Programing 101, check the format of the documents, if not correct tell the customer to try back later I thought we paid for support such as making programing changes not just lip service. Customer service is just getting worse.
