We have never been able to duplicate it in the shop. Finally got a chance to look at one while it was messed up. FCU was not communicating. FoundI have 2013 Cascadia with dd15. Ac was not working. Found hole in condenser. Recovered .4 lb Freon. Replaced condenser and charged ac to 4.12 lb. now the ac compressor is still not turning on. It is new compressor checked voltage. Yes. i tested the power supply at the temp. control module. there is 12.3 volts. i disconnected the power supply to the blower motor and got a 0 ground reading and 12 volts there. I changed out the controller and blower motor and still not working.
