Malfunctions on a fresh Polymer80. A friend and I have each just finished making G19s from P80 frames, we both used glock OEM parts kits. His functions flawlessly, we put ~300 rounds thru his gun with no issues. Mine on the other hand has continuous ejection and feeding issues. Sometimes it doesn't even try to eject.Guide rod channel, make sure it's cleared of all polymer and smooth, as the round fires the spring in the guide rod compresses and pushes into the channel. If it's not cleared enough it will drag and slow the action of the slide. You can always remove a bit more than marked and you will see it clear up. 2.
