Hughesnet system control center not working

The System Control Center provides access to system status, configuration information, and online documentation.I can get to the router setup, but not system control center. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup. I'm afraid there is a problem with modem since I can't get to system control center.

If you haven't tried already, try shutting down the device you're using, then power cycle the modem (unplug it, wait one minute, plug it back in, then wait five minutes).
