I cannot say enough good things about it. I heard the same words from a whole bunch of women before I bought mine. I know one woman who had one that was a lemon. After 3 trips back to S&W she traded it off for a Ruger SR22 which she really likes.

I went with the Taurus TX22 as a Range and Trail gun. Accurate enough for targets and small game and it's a sixteen shot magazine. Magazines were cheap at $22.00. For super accuracy it's the Ruger 6 7/8th inch MKII with adjustable sights. Ruger offers the SR22 and Smith& Wesson has the .22 Compact.
