However, with my car for the first time ever I elected to use a multi-use transmission fluid based on experiences learned here vs. spending $20/qt. for OEM fluid. Go figure.The UDT/Super UDT are 9-10cst fluids. 80w90 gear oils are typically 14-16cst, which is already cosiderably thicker. VALVOLINE blends this hydraulic fluid for kubota btw....... There is not much literature available on the kubota oil which leads me to believe its not a synthetic.Beaver Creek, Northern Michigan.
