Sold thru my local toyota dealership and the parts guy freaked out when I said it was a lexus lx470 because he doesn't have access to lexus part numbers. As an alternative, I think it may be smarter to replace the entire rack & pinion unit. So my alternative idea: purchase new OEM rack and pinion, new power steering fluid lines, new reservoir, new fluid + drain and flush, new tie rod ends.
