The thing that I did was sim to the draft by setting all the management to auto. When I arrived at the draft, I started the draft and made my picks.This is a potential workaround to the Offline Franchise glitch where the franchise will either crash or corrupt the save file after 5-10 years into the mode. For me this crash happened 100% of the time before trying this. Always crashed and corrupted past year 10. There is a guy British Bronco on a operation sports forum who tested this.
