Hi all, It’s my timeline: AOS employment based EB2-NIW submitted with I-485/I-765/I-131: August 3, 2020. Biometric: November 10, 2020. RFE medical response recieved by USCIS: November 25, 2020. EAD/AP: December 14, 2020. I don’t wanna use my EAD/AP so I’m super excited about receiving my GC in the upcoming weeks. 1. Missing Initial Evidence.
