1992 9.9 Mercury 2-stroke Bought used and only had it for a couple of months. Last time I've used it was in Prineville Reservoir over July 4th. Had little issues starting it then, but not much. I've only ran it once before that; when I first bought it, and it never ran perfectly. Onto this weekend's problems:.
