My phone settings app

I searched for “Clock” in my iPhone settings and searched around for a bit but couldn’t find the Clock app listed anywhere. I went to Date & Time but there’s no options there either. I must be well behind the curve (maybe iPhone has never had the clock app accessible in the settings) or maybe the iOS update has a defect. iPhone SE, iOS 15..
