I actually called Natera yesterday because I had my blood drawn 12/15, received 12/19 and still waiting on results. They said turn around time is about a week. Results go to the doctor and don’t post in your account until released by doctor. The person I spoke to said he couldn’t see them.They got my labs on 5/15 and nothing was updating—said it was going to take until the 29th for results. I couldn’t take it anymore and emailed [email protected] to ask if everything was ok (ie did I need to get a blood redraw) and they replied back with a very standard “it takes on average 7 days with some tests taking longer.”.Anyone else’s NIPT (natera) results take longer than before?
