Customized items are Non-returnable.FWIW, i took a new chrome rear diff cover and scuffed with scotch bright, sprayed with krylon grey primer and then sprayed with krylon satin black. has help up for a few years and still looks fresh. paint and primer adhered to the chrome. rear diff cover gets pretty hot and i didn't use any special engine paint or anything like that. just saying
