Anyway, you can obtain it if you itemize Cu Chulainn.The most damaging build would be with Mighty Gaze staking all the other buffing skills, but going this way you could only specialize on 1 or maybe 2 elements. Pagan Alure on Satanael with his unique damaging build allows you to get almost the same damage but using 5-6 different elements. It's actually one of my favorite ways to build Satanael.

Its to with a unique skill Yoshitsune has called Hassou Tobi which just has an insane damage output when Power Charged. Outside of that I'd say there are too many variables to say one persona is the absolute best as it depends on how you want to run your party, your personal playstyle etc.
