Polyurethane bushings vs rubber bushings

Interesting thread, but really not a lot that hasn't been hashed around already. Two schools of thought. Rubber for cushy crusing, poly for handling. I would agree, I'd just substitute soild for poly in most instances (body mounts, control arms). Plus rubber bushings trap moisture, which is why frame mounts rot out. See:.
