For all support types, the Z distance is the key for me: .2mm to .22mm for PLA, .3mm for PETG, .25mm (I think) for ASA. For organic support I set 0 interface layers as Prusa recommends. I use 1.2mm line spacing. For flat overhangs I still like snug supports, 3 interface levels..
