I have a set of NGK XR4 5858 plugs for my 882 heads. that are supposed to work, but it seems like the shoulder is too broad. The thread barely catch. When they do catch, they fit fine but it shouldn’t be this close, should it? 3.Up for sale are a pair of Chevy #882 casting cylinder heads. This casting is much thicker, durable casting than anything you'll find from the 80's thru present day. These heads have been completely rebuilt by American Cylinderhead of Vero Beach Florida, and no expense has been spared. All you need is a good set of 64 cc chamber double-hump heads and .015" or .020" thick shim headgaskets w/ a Q-Jet top end and a true dual exhaust and you will get her up to 275/300hp. Add a 268/270/272 cam and you will be up at 330 hp. Add headers and above 350 hp. pdq67.
