Aug 29, 2018 · When the ac is on the driver side blows warm air sometimes hot air but the passenger side blows as it should cooled air. The controller or a knob/dial is reading/not responding to the correct setting. I found out that the passenger side blows hot air once engine/coolant temp is up to operating temp, but on the driver side, it's just blowing air. Everything I found online says there is a LH and RH air mix door.
One can of 134a (AC Pro) and back up and running (51 degrees F from vents on max A/C - this may go down after the car sits overnight). I have the dual climate control A/C feature in my 2000 C5. I have connected a can of coolant with a gauge to the low side ac line and got a reading on the low side of green. Now, with the summer kicking in, I just found that the A/C is working only on the driver side's vent, not from the middle ones nor the one on the passenger's side. Last summer down here in Texas, the A/C wasn't working on the driver's side.
