The Rescue Express is a PA licensed, non-profit foster-based rescue. We primarily focus on eleventh hour rescue of dogs who are slated for euthanasia at high-kill facilities. We help out NE facilities as well as numerous facilities in the rural south and midwest. We also post local cats in need. .
