I just received a Small size X-Carry grip module. Expecting more of a size reduction when compared to the Medium size X-Carry, I took some measurements with a digital caliper: Grip width, left side to right side: No difference between Small and Medium all along the side textured grip areas from bottom near mag well to top near SIG logo.It'll work fine, but your current mags will stick out since they're 17rd with the Carry, and the X-Compact module is sized for 15rd flush. You'll also have a bit of dustcover exposed since the rail section is .3" shorter. The difference between the original Carry and the X-Carry are: Flat trigger More vertical slide serrations

The 320C is great, and Range USA has them for 449$ right now. But the macro is easier to EDC and more comfy. Simple choice for me. I shoot the macro far better than the x compact and it holds more rounds. The honest answer is shoot both and carry whichever shoots better for you.There is enough room in this holster for the taller sight. If you like OWB leather holster this is a nice one.
