Been with Comcast for 25+ years. When my kids were younger, I was able to give them a Comcast.net email address set up through my account. I believe I had the ability to have 5 or so different emails back then. We now have 2 grandkids who stay with us very regularly. I wanted to create a Comcast.net email for them. But I have not idea how to do it.The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it.
